The motel has an easy access location near public transport.
I encountered several issues, including unclean rooms that had a strong musty odor, and I discovered a dead cockroach in the bathroom, unsettling.

Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this pet-friendly hotel. Polite and courteous staff who were always there to help. The location was nice in an interesting area, close to the malls, good restaurants and shops and public transport. Also, a public park was 3 km away...

The place has a quirky nostalgia to it, which some may find charming. Convenient access to local restaurants adds a nice touch .
The family suite had significant issues, a cat urine odor made the second bedroom unlivable, resulting in my clothes smelling the same after staying there. Housekeeping was nonexistent, with no fresh towels provided, and maintenance didn't address the cracked kitchenware. My experience was further marred by a disturbing incident with a window that wasn't secured, leading to an unpleasant situation with an intruder.

There are times I must have my pet/s with me and I have now booked in twice at the 2400. The facilities are quite adequate...quiet and safe. I have no qualms in booking with them again.

It was a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay, the best I had before now. The hotel was quirky and ideal and overlooked garden. The room was beautifully maintained and spotless and it had a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets, that's cool. I went to a nice restaurant and enjoyed the Asian dishes.

Our room was brand-new and beautifully maintained, included with storage of bags, a good sized bathroom, a double bed. Location: the hotel was right by skytrain as well as taxi😃😃
